Located on the cliff above Seward, Clifftop Townhouse is a perfect getaway with breathtaking views. The upper level boasts a rich, open living space with a full kitchen and dining area. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck. You are still close to all of Seward's must see destinations.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor (3rd story). One has a queen bed and the other has a king bed, with a roll away twin in the closet. One bedroom is on the entry floor with a queen bed and a twin-size daybed.
There are three and half bathrooms. Entry floor bath has a shower, sink and toilet. The one connected to the bedroom on the third floor has a shower with a tub, sink and toilet. One bathroom is located between the two bedrooms on the third floor with a shower, sink and toilet. A half bathroom is on the second floor near the kitchen and is also where the washer and dryer are located.
Two parking spaces are available right in front of the unit. No other parking spaces are available so please plan accordingly. We do not have room for boats or trailers.
The unit is a three-story condo, so does have one shared wall with the neighbors.
We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.

Location
Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. The condo is located on a hillside several blocks away from the cruise ship terminal or train depot, so we do recommend a car or taxi.
